I picked up a Cine Camera in the mid 1980s and started filming family events. My parents couldn’t afford to buy me a Video Camera. At the time they were wildly expensive. It was a tough gig back then. You never knew what the result would be until the film got back from the lab and you projected it onto a wall or in my case, a white bed sheet that doubled as a screen! While it was a very cumbersome set up compared to today’s Smart Phones and instant results, it was a really wonderful way to learn the craft of film making. Back then editing was done by physically cutting the film and taking out the parts you didn’t want. I still have all those old Cine Movies and all their memories, but these days they have been converted to a digital format so my Family can enjoy them regularly. To us they are priceless.
Thankfully, technology has reached the point where professionals like me can produce outstanding work that still outshines anything you can record on a Smart Phone and at a price that is competitive. But the one thing that remains the same are the memories and that’s what your Wedding Video is all about. I shot my first Wedding Video in the late 1990’s, so it’s fair to say that I know the etiquette of shooting a Wedding Video and the importance of using good equipment and carrying back up equipment.
On the day itself, I will be as discrete as possible, while maintaining a friendly connection with you guys. It's important that you are comfortable with your Videographer as it ensures you get the best possible results on your video. With over 20 years experience in Wedding Videography I want you to have this level of service. I’ve shot Religious, Civil, Humanist, Spiritualist, Same Sex Weddings and much more!
After your special day I will ensure that your online highlights clip will be sent to you as soon as possible and your completed video shortly afterwards. Bookings are limited to a maximum of 2/3 per week in peak season to ensure a quality service and efficient turn around. Your satisfaction is important to me
The pricing structure is designed to be affordable and make a Wedding Video a realistic option for your Wedding Day. I may be more affordable than similar Videographers, but this is based on a policy of pricing the high quality of my product to suit both me and you.
I’m very aware of the high costs involved in a wedding and that a wedding video often gets overlooked simply because of cost alone. Many couples have regretted not getting a video because it was beyond their budget. I hope that my competitive package makes this wonderful memory of your day more accessible than ever before.
