Terms & Conditions
1. A non-refundable booking fee (with the exception of point 15) is required to secure a booking. Your booking is not confirmed until this fee has been received.
2. Booking fees can be paid by bank transfer/lodgement. Details will be supplied upon booking confirmation.
3. The balance of the total service price is due on the day of the wedding . This can be paid by cash. Alternatively it can be paid by bank transfer no later than 72 hours before the wedding date.
4. In religious ceremonies we do not record the Gospel, homily, consecration or communion unless requested and permission received from the celebrant.
5. During the post ceremony guest line, we cannot guarantee coverage of all your guests due to circumstances such as (but not limited to) the camera operator needing to position themselves at the next location.
6. We are not responsible for traffic conditions beyond our control that may prevent the supplier not capturing the clients arriving at the reception venue.
7. It is the sole responsibility of the clients to secure permission for filming at all the venues related to the wedding.
8. It is the sole responsibility of the client to inform the supplier in advance (at least 48 hours) of any specific entertainers appearing at your Wedding venues that you want featured on your Video. Failure to do so, means we cannot guarantee their inclusion.
9. Completed Videos are usually delivered within 12 weeks of the Wedding date. If circumstances are beyond our control we reserve the right to extend this.
10. It is the client’s responsibility to inform L Weddings (the supplier) in writing by email, of any changes to times, dates or venues relating to the wedding.
11. If you have to cancel your original wedding date and postpone to another date, your booking fee can be changed to that date if L Weddings is available. If we are not available, your booking fee is non-refundable.
12. The supplier is not responsible for circumstances beyond our control which affect the quality of your video, including (but not limited to) weather, lighting conditions and/or sound quality as dictated by the wedding locations
.
13. Creative aspects of your wedding video such as shooting and editing style are at the discretion of the supplier. We retain the right to the final cut. Any editing changes after delivery will incur an additional charge. We may use all or only part of the client’s material from the footage recorded on the wedding date or music details supplied.
14. In the very unlikely event of the supplier cancelling your booking, all deposits/monies paid in advance of the wedding date will be refunded in full within 14 days of notification if an alternative videographer cannot be provided.
15. The supplier reserves the right to cancel a booking and refund all monies paid up to the point of cancellation.
16. Under any and all circumstances the total liability of the supplier is limited to the refunding of all monies paid.
17. The supplier reserves the right to use all footage for promotional purposes.
18. Any spelling mistakes or faulty USB sticks must be notified by the client to the supplier within one week of receipt and will be rectified. After one week it will be deemed that the client is satisfied with the product.
19. The supplier retains copyright of all footage recorded. Raw footage (unedited) will not be provided to the client.
20. All Wedding packages including special offers include standard postage of videos to one address in the Republic of Ireland. All other destinations will incur an additional charge. These charges will be notified to you at the time of booking/dispatch. Registered post can be arranged at an additional charge.
21. Both clients must sign the booking form and return via the online system.
22. The Supplier reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The client will be informed in writing of these changes.
